Hey, Dwayne,
I know that you said some people were going to try and make one of Rachel’s games—so I wanted you to know that she will be out for TWO WEEKS.
In the first 5 minutes of the Texas A&M game she went into a tackle and tore her MCL. We found out yesterday it is a Grade 2 so estimated out for two weeks. She knew that she had done something because her knee was loose and continued to play until the half. She could still do corner kicks and got an assist on one and had many other pretty ones. She also almost scored on a free kick. It only hurt to kick with inside foot. Trainer said at half time–Rachel can’t play and put her on crutches and needed to see the Dr. on Monday to see what grade the tear is. Dwayne, email your email address and keep you posted.
