Is this a legal penalty kick?
Brazil 18 year old supper star and perhaps the next big name in soccer scored a penalty kick while playing in Brazil with his Club team. I believe anywhere else in the world its an illegal kick because once you start your run you cannot stop or fake the shot. Maybe I am wrong. It was a great penalty but is it legal?
