US Qualifies for U-20 Women’s World Cup

The US under 20 Women’s Soccer team defeated Mexico 1-0 in the championship game of the Concacaf tournament on Saturday.
Both will head to the Under-20 Women’s World Cup in Germany along with third-place game winner Costa Rica, which qualified with its 1-0 victory over defending and two-time champion Canada earlier in the day.
The U-20 Women’s World Cup will be held in Germany, July 2010.
